10 of us escaped the Saturday morning fartsack to take a tour of YHC’s Alma Mater. Astro Van and Caravan 2.1B got a pre-run in beforehand. Full disclaimer given since we had some newer guys and a Kotter with us. The blurry map below outlines our path. Here are the deets:

• Mosey to pavilion area outside Barnhardt Student Activity Center.
  • SSH, IST, CP.
• Indian Run to Friday building (last man does 5 Merkins before running to front), then slow mosey to tables outside McEniry (where YHC had most of his biology classes and conducted secret lab experiments in the dungeon underneath).
  • Jump-ups/Step-ups, Irkins, Derkins x10. Repeato.
  • Plank walk up rails outside Fretwell. People’s chair while waiting. Plank walk back down since Chicken Coop enjoyed it so much.
• Mosey behind Friday and gather around the self-made man outside Cato Hall.
  • 10 Burpees
  • Bear Crawl Indian Run around the sculpture.
• Mosey toward Storrs college of architecture, running up and down the large stairs as we passed them by.
• Stop off behind Robinson Hall.
  • Muscle-ups x10. Repeato.
• Circle up by the pond next to Robinson.
  • Jump-ups, Irkins, Dirkins x10.
• Mosey around Rowe to the bottom of the Barnard stairs. Partner up.
  • P1 does plank jacks while P2 runs the stairs. Switch.
  • P1 does jump/air squats while P2 runs the stairs. Switch.
• Mosey behind Reese where YHC spotted some sandbags perfect for a few exercises.
  • Curls x10
  • Triceps Extensions x10
  • There would’ve been more, but it was at this point that Caravan decided to simultaneousl vandalize school property and pull a Refusnik by spilling 90% of his bag’s contents onto the ground. So the last exercise was a team-based cleanup project.
• Mosey around Cone to the parking deck entrance ramp.
  • AYG up the ramp, across to the stairs, down the stairs, all the way back to the shovel flags.
• MARY.
  • Crunchy Frog, Iron Cross, Box Cutters, Low Flutters, Low Dolly, Rosalita, Plank.
