YHC had to bust out the de-icer spray hopefully for the last time and got his tail to the AO just in time to see the Yellow Pox mobile pull in. Looking like a threesome until MC pulls in and does NOT park in a parking spot, in spite of the lot being completely open… YHC hit up the Exicon on the F3Nation website last night, so we are going to get some variety. Disclaimer given and the 4 of us mosey around the front of the school.
During Mosey, high knees, butt kickers and elbow to ankle stretch. Circle up:
- SSH
- 5 Burpos – start in low squat position, do burpee but finish in low squat, no standing or jumping
- Crab jacks
- 5 Burpos
- WM
- 5 Burpos
- IST
Perform Boo Boo Bear Crawl across lot. Bear Crawl with only one leg, cuz the other has a boo boo. Switch legs as necessary as you basically hop across the lot with hands on the ground. This was fairly terrible.
Mosey to front of Greenway. Monkey Humper/Pickle Poker Ladder facing the road 10-8-6-4-2
Mosey to HRMS. Grab some fence. 10 Dips and 10 Derkins IC.
Mosey to front wall of school and perform 10 Dirty Hookups IC. I think I saw that Softwood does these quite a bit so they jumped out when I saw them on the Exicon, never done em. Not bad.
Mosey to track for the Burpo mile. 12 Burpos – 1/4 mile, repeato X 3. Quick break with 10 Ws before heading back.
Mosey all the way back to Odell lot for Mary: Low Dolly, Rosalita, Low Flutters, LBC.
Recover, recover.
COT: Prayers for Marie’s mom, my Dad, Sparknut’s brother, Pox’s family (particularly his M) on their 9th child that will be born in early April

Moleskin: The force was strong with the fartsackers today. I am sure more of you will be out when the temps go up, but I definitely appreciate Pox, GB and MC posting this morning. Good work gentlemen. I usually don’t cover a bunch of ground in my BCs, but decided to keep it moving today with the cold temps. 2.2 miles, might be a record:) Enjoy your day.

Mr Burpo is a little nicer than Mr Burpee
Burpo seems to be a cousin of the Pox Gorilla; I guess Burpo sounds better than the Chimpanzee or something like that (note, no monkeys were harmed in the making of this BB per MC)
