8 Men rolled out of the creature comfort known as the Fartsack in the Nation. One exceptional PAX member even mustard up a Pre-Run, way to go Buckwheat.  Things got a little interesting early as the PAX rounded the Parkour lap and made every effort to throw Hammer off his QGame with mild Mumblechatter. YHC did not relent and proceeded with the weinke planned beatdown that went a little something like this.

Whilst in the field, partner up for some Partner Push and Partner Pulls to and fro with Partner throw downs at the far end and Partner Derkins at the other.  Before moving on, the PAX was fortunate to play a little game of Duck, Duck, Goose.  After finally putting on his kindergarten voice, the PAX finally understood the game but rebelled against the Q’s command for bear crawls around.  They made up for it though with some lunges in between instead of walking around.  I think that was a Jelly Lube.  The best part was seeing Buckwheat getting mowed over by Robins Nest as they both went down…..name change to ManDown???  We already have that.  Thank goodness no one got hurt.

“Slowest ever” Indian Run down to the ball fields. A little more warmOrama with Peoples Chair with air presses as YHC describes the next set of Partner exercises.  Partner 1 Runs the loop with Quadraphelia between the stairs at the top.  Partner 2 does LBC’s.  Two rounds of running.  Next up for fun were two sets of 15 Partner Shoulder Presses now named The Stirrups thanks to Robins Nest.  Thank goodness we were right facing and no shots were fired.

Indian Run back to the top with a 5 merkin special in the back. Mosie to Mary for a rapid fire 10 to 2 descending Morkin to come back down from the ascending warmOrama round.  Robins Nest roasted us with one extreme Homer to Marge.

Kotters to seeing Opie back out in the gloom.  I hope it continues brother.  I think it will with Chickencoop cackling at you.

@10and2 was rocking the duck duck goose this morning.  He won the prize in the end by being voluntold he was Qing on Thursday.  Congrats 10and2.

Bollywood was laser focused today, no mumblechatter out of him.

@Softwood was there in spirit. Buckwheat  spotted a silver mid size SUV and thought that maybe he slept in the parking lot so as not to miss a Hammer Q with a Pre-Run but slept through in his vehicle.
