18 PAX showed up for the third running of the F3 Grand Prix.  The temps were great, slight humidity and some serious fog, but overall a beautiful morning for a bootdown.  A very thorough disclaimer was given and off we went.  Kleanup was disappointed to see I had not donned my ruck yet, not to worry, YHC had it stashed away ready for the beatdown.

The Thang: The F3 Grand Prix

It all takes place around the track. The PAX begin by doing 10 Burpees at the starting line. They then make their way around the track between turns 1 and 2 where the PAX do 20 Mercans. The PAX then run to the back stretch where the PAX do 30 LBCs. The PAX continue around the track between turns 3 and 4 where they perform 40 Squats (this was originally 40 Lunges, but at Disasters bequest it was changed to 40 Squats.  You have him to blame). Rinse and Repeat-o until time is called.
