Nice temps, large crowds, 12 PAX, it was the perfect setting for a ridiculous running of the “Jailbreak”

Not a whole lot of mubblechatter on days like today, just sweat, grunt, and the occasional You Got This from the supporting PAX at large.

The Thang

Jailbreak goes something like this……

Mosey from Intake to the bottom of the Farm Lands ( Avon Farm ) to Station #1

Station #1 10 Burpees, complete and advance uphill to Station#2 20 Plank-jacks and return to Station#1

Station#1 -> back up hill to Station#2 -> Station#3 20 Carolina Dry Docks and return to Station#1

Station#1 -> back up hill to Station#2 -> Station#3 -> Station#4 20 Crunchy Frog and return to Station#1

Station#1 -> back up hill to Station#2 -> Station#3 -> Station#4 -> Station#5 20 Monkey Humpers  and return to Station#1

Station#1 -> back up hill to Station#2 -> Station#3 -> Station#4 -> Station#5 -> Station#6 to The Great Wall for 20 Muscle Ups and return to Station#1

Station#1 -> back up hill to Station#2 -> Station#3 -> Station#4 -> Station#5 -> Station#6 -> Station#7 to The Gun Range for 10 Pull Ups Station#1

6:05am and the PAX gathers at the bottom of the Farm Lands for a fellowship mosey back up to Intake.

Congrats to Skipper form making the complete Lap

Everyone left with Stronger Legs, lungs with Increased capacity and hearts that grew 2 sizes to large.
