Great idea signing up to Q after Gulf Stream decides to turn up the heat on the Ruck tratining.  Anywho..   9 posted with Heatstroke going walkabout. The bad boys of rucking show up rucks on ready to roll.  Me not so much.   Maybe we should make a Men of MeCa rucking calendar… HMMM..  With some of the new buddy carry methods.

Mosey around the lot to the Greenway entrance parking spaces.  Left Marie out in the middle of the road in case any delivery trucks rolled in.

Back and forth a couple of times alternating over head to through legs.  Not as effective as i Hoped.  so over to the pull up bars for a merkin partner row medley

total is 50 inverted rows while partner holds feet.  Lowest number between the 2 counts.  Highest number is number of Merkins required each round.

grab a block two teams of 4 peoples chair block pass.  down and back x 3

Balls to the wall  with 6 shoulder taps.

blocks up and mosey to BBall court for more peoples chair with 25 x air presses and long balls to the wall.

Great to be with you gentlemen.  Love the weather starting to warm a bit.  Let’s get our neighbors back out and EH some new one’s.  Way more fun with a crown.   Also we I am starting the process of rolling AO lead to Heatstroke as he pretty much does it anyway lol.  Mind your Ps and Qs boys he will crack the whip while making fun you you at the same time.  I’m not going anywhere just passing the torch.

Trying to come to grips how someone can be so lost or hurting to do this type of violence in FL is hard.  It’s our responsibly to reach out to those struggling and give them hope.  To teach our kids to reach out to the lonely and isolated at school.  Then things will get better.  Governments can’t legislate this.
