17 men of MECA showed up on an unseasonably warm February morning.  Shovel flag was planted (the Q finally remembered to bring it), disclaimer was given and speculation was laid to rest about the beatdown involving tennis balls or a guest appearance by Ian.

Slow mosey with around the parking lot to the front of the middle school.

THE THANG

Partner up – size sort of matters

• Partner 1 dips to exhaustion then step ups/box jumps on benches while Partner 2 runs to the lower parking area and back. Repeat 3X.
• Bicycle racks – Partner 1 does 15 Merkins with Partner 2 holding his legs. Rotate and repeat 3X.
• Bicycle racks – Partner 1 does 151Dips with Partner 2 holding his legs and doing squats.   Rotate and repeat 3X.

Mosey to wall –

• Partner 1 – People’s Chair with air presses while Partner 2 runs up hill and does 15 CDD’s. Repeat 3X.
• Partner 1 – Donkey Kicks while Partner 2 runs up hill and does 10 Jump Squats (or whatever their proper F3 nomenclature is). Repeat 3X.

Mosey to upper parking lot –

• Partner 1 – LBC’s while Partner 2 runs up the hill and does 15 squats.  Repeat 3X.
• Apollo Ohno’s while the PAX finishes up in honor of the Winter Olympics.

1. Time Laps coming up in May.  Teams getting organized, looking at having a rucking team if anyone is interested.

MOLESKIN:

1. Good effort by the PAX.  Tried to keep up a steady pace today.  Don’t think Donkey Kicks and Jump Squats are a good combination for a partner relay rotation.  Too much leg work.

3. Sometimes I take my M for granted but Valentine’s Day gives me the opportunity to reflect on the impact she has made on my life and making me a way better person than I would be without her.  Glad @Chowder has found someone and congrats in the engagement.
