YHC is headed off to play with Micky next week, so seeing the Friday Q spot sitting open… it started to call my name.  As I pondered over what kind of pain could be inflicted, YHC remembered that the pain seemed a little more tolerable on Wednesday as Dial-up served up some tunes for the dawgs.  A recent backblast from another AO laid out the foundation for the beatdown to be delivered, so all YHC had left was to figure out how to lay down some jams to help the pax embrace the suck.

As YHC hopped out of the car and put on a backpack (slightly on the small side)… the mumble chatter started immediately.  Evidently YHC has a reputation for carrying small ruck sacks.  Anyway, the chatter was non-stop till YHC got the pax moving and wondering what lay ahead.  It went something like this…

The Thang

Mosey down to the track.  Start on track near one end of the stands with exercise 1, then run to other end of stands (approx. 75 yds) to exercise 2, which will be to complete the same # of SSHs for each exercise.  Pick up the six at the end of each round.  Rinse and repeat.  Total of 300 SSHs, but who’s counting.

50 Merkins
45 LBC
40 Squats
35 Diamond Merkins
30 WWII
25 Rock Climbers
20 Reverse LBCs
15 Carolina Dry Docks
10 Burpees
*Bonus add of 30 Dips

Partner up for a lap around the track…. 1 Partner runs quadrafilia, while the other Partner does a Burpee.  After Burpee run to catch your partner and switch.  Pick up the six.

Speed lap… pax run a lap as close to full speed as able.  Pick up the six.

Mosey out of the stadium to the wall.  People’s chair for 30 seconds then continue hold with Air presses IC x20.  Rinse and repeat.

Indian run to Mary.. Detour to wrangle Pharaoh back on coarse… must have been a senior moment.

Carrie… I mean Mary

Mary was kicked off with a special request that Talladega made on Wed. for some Europe “Carrie”.  YHC gave it a shot, but had to move on fairly quickly before the dawgs fight broke loose.
