  1. Great effort put forth by all pax.  Everyone was winded after some of those sprints but guys put in the burpee work, got into plank, and provided no complaints on the next “go!”
  2. Thanks to Alcatraz for “Alca-telling” me into the Q lineup this month.  Was good to be in the Q seat again.

  1. Great way to start the morning fellas.

  2. Nice job @Nanny. I’m completely spent today. It looks like that review of “Freed to Lead” paid off for you. I also enjoyed how you referred to the bus lot as the #Dropcloth500Track. Don’t forget to add that TM on the end of it #namingrights.

  3. I have a nice total body ache today and that lets me know the Q was strong! Thanks @Nanny.

That was such a success being “Alca-told” will be a monthly event. Any suggestions for whose name should appear without their knowledge on the sign up genius for March?

    1. @Nanny and I were discussing having a lottery system to pick the next ‘Q’. I have the bag of numbered ping pong balls and we could draw a number based on your spot in the COT. It would be very dramatic!

  4. Great lead @Nanny. Pearls of work from you and pearls of wisdom from the PAX. Think this is the first beatdown I have attended with you Q’ing since you EH’d me and named me a couple years ago. Planning on signing up to Q myself soon to avoid having a date randomly assigned.

  5. Solid Q. Solid BB. That’s how it’s done.
