Today was YHC 1yr anniversary and I was pretty giddy about it. If you were there you know what I’m talking about (must show to know). It’s hard to believe how fast this year has gone. Their has been so many good workouts throughout the year, below are a few that stuck with me. I guess you could call them the greatest hits. The friendships that I have made are what I cherish the most.The Dawghouse has so many great, inspirational, and faithful men. I’m blessed to be a small part of this awesome group! Thank you to all you Dawgs out there who motivate me to keep coming back! I would be re-missed if I did not thank my great friend Talladega for inviting me to all this craziness. Sorry no story this time.
