The gloom was warm for a Tuesday in January…61 degrees warm! Much different from the previous Thursday when the Pax followed YHC around the AO in 5-6 inches of snow with temps in the single digits! We welcomed FNG – Bob Steere this morning, and named him ‘10 n 2’. Since it was wet and sloppy from rain overnight, YHC thought it was a perfect day to pull out Comanche Rally Cross!

 

With the course laid out the Pax began to arrive and all marveled at the warm temps! A quick disclaimer, and off we went.

Warm up:

• Mosey to Mary lot
• Imperial storm troopers
• Merkins
• Arm circles
• SSH
• Mosey to school
• Peoples Chair w/ air press
• Mosey to Blocks

The Thang:

• Walk cinder blocks to the top of hate hill with block presses
• Instructions given for Rally Cross – 8 laps
• Bear crawls
• Block curls
• Run
• LBC’s
• Run
• Merkin (forgot to have these from the start and had to add in a few laps in)
• Repeat, option to take joker lap at any time (once)
• Plank, side planks
• Slow walk back to block home with block presses
• Backward run up hate hill and then mosey to school
• Peoples chair w/ air presses
• Single leg peoples chair
• Inch worm Merkins
• Burpees for fun 2×3
• Mosey to Mary

Mary:

• Sun salutations both sides w / warrior 1, 2 and peaceful
• Homer to Marge
• Pretzel crunch

11 Pax today! Thanks for allowing me to lead you his morning, always a pleasure. Welcome ‘10 n 2’, hope to see you out here in the gloom frequently!
