• MeCa Winter Party a week from today. Sugar encouraged all of us to attend. This is a “Don’t miss, once a year celebration”.
• Othello thanked the F3 Pax who attended Gremlin’s funeral on behalf of Mint Hill.
• Othello suggested that if we have any health “red flag” indicators that we go to the doctor. Thanks Othello.
• Guinness: I talked about the reality, brought into focus by Gremlin’s death, that our days are numbered. I never met Gremlin but from the funeral I wish I had met him because he was a great man to his wife, daughters and friends. We have great men around us at F3. Get to know the men around you.

Great lead, Guinness! It was a tough one. Longest Suicides I’ve ever done.
I had to smile when Drop Kick Ace said of the dips, “These are surprisingly hard.” I think he had a good time.
sounds like this mineshaft has a lot to offer the men of MeCa and UNCC. looking forward to trying it out in the coming weeks.
Strong lead @Guinness! Definitely a tough workout- not sure if the 6-tennis court suicides, the 65 step bunny-hops up the parking deck or Mary was the hardest part of the morning. All of it sucked, in a nice way of course. Looking forward to more leads from you in the future….keep us out of our “comfort zone”, AYE!
