14 mighty Pax didn’t let a little ice hinder them from conquering the gloom. Instead, they took to the streets, to the highways and byways and to the business park moving at record speeds.

@ManDown unsurprisingly took off like a bat out The Meatloaf album. YHC ran with @Brutus for a few minutes but  alas, @Brutus decided to go after @ManDown.  @Skipper, @Trailmix, @Fillabuster raced after foillowed by @Seeker. @The Farm flew past us like a professional runner.  The front runners were moving in a blaze.

We did the usual 4 corners with merkens, pull-ups, jump squats and WW2 Sit-ups.

Great job by all the @Pax.  Old Glory is a good one – a fair amount of running and a lot of room for everyone to improve.
