Way to Cold for a Beat Down

2 crazy old men, Brutus and Hot Wheels, braved the extreme cold temps for a 2.6 mile pre run before the launch of our 2018 season at the Precinct.
3 more showed up for the frozen Beat Down on this 123 degree January morning.

The Thang
Run around Alcatraz to the undiscovered “Hill” (IOWA) audible called, wet/frozen wet ground = frozen/wet digits…..No Thank You. Substitute in a mosey to the bottom of the hill on Saxenbury to the Man Hole/Street Light to start a 10 – 1 ladder 1 Mercin at the bottom of the hill / 10 Urpees at the top of the hill ( Intake Entrance).
Mosey over to the prison yard for the start of some Precinct laps.. 5 Jump Squats in the prison yard, gun range 5 pull ups/5dips, the great wall 5 muscle ups, lap 2 add 5 reps, lap 3 add 5 reps, lap 4 vote to add or subtract 5 reps, a quick Skipper to subtract was well received by all. –

Thanks for a strong kick-off for The Precinct Hot Wheels! Sorry I had to bail out early. As for the font, there’s a menu at the top of your text box when you’re writing the BB. On the far left side there’s a box where you can select “Paragraph” or a “Heading” of different size. That’s where you adjust the font size.
Maybe he did select the font @man_down….easier for us respects to read!
