22 men with the Christmas Spirit braved early rain into sunshiny morning for a combination of Christmas melodies and somewhat salty ditties testing their strength and stamina.  The mood was festive (for the most part), joyful, and jubilant; smiles turned to groans but the Christmas Spirit remained strong throughout the beat down.

• As the beat down progressed Disaster’s initial beat down assessment slowly turned to a more positive spin
• Nice guest appearance by Ely’s brother from Myrtle, always a pleasure hosting brothers from far away AO’s
• Had I collaborated with Pony Boy, a Star Jump Squat at the top of the “tree” would’ve been incorporated in the beat down repertoire
