Christmas Extravaganza; Merriment and Pain
All Highlands BackblastsDecember 23rd, 2017
22 men with the Christmas Spirit braved early rain into sunshiny morning for a combination of Christmas melodies and somewhat salty ditties testing their strength and stamina. The mood was festive (for the most part), joyful, and jubilant; smiles turned to groans but the Christmas Spirit remained strong throughout the beat down.
Declaimer included reference to reindeer games and Santa’s commitment to the six
Warmarama:
- Mosey to upper parking lot
- SSH, on cadence “Hear Comes”; Pax “Santa Claus”

No Mary, recover, recover.
Moleskin
- Boxer day is not a Canadian holiday, was abruptly corrected by Gump
- Bastille Day has no reference to Christmas, it’s a French Holiday celebrated in July, again per correction from Gump
- As the beat down progressed Disaster’s initial beat down assessment slowly turned to a more positive spin
- Nice guest appearance by Ely’s brother from Myrtle, always a pleasure hosting brothers from far away AO’s
- Had I collaborated with Pony Boy, a Star Jump Squat at the top of the “tree” would’ve been incorporated in the beat down repertoire
- Always an honor leading our F3 brothers, wishing each and every one of you a joyous holiday season.
- Lastly, take the time helping those around you, during this season and throughout the year. No matter how big or small, sometimes the most trivial acts, a smile, an open door, handshake, a pat on the back; can mean the world to a struggling soul. You might not ever know it but your good graces have the power to change someone’s life.

Hate I missed that one @Kool-Aid. Sounds awesome. Did @Brinkly break out any of those fancy moves again?
Nice work @Kool Aid. That beatdown was both challenging and fun at the same time. I was just thinking that we needed to add more music from the Glee Soundtrack to our Saturday beatdowns. Problem solved!
