As the PAX of 18 gathered in the gloom, @Conchito was sufficiently covered from head to toe including fully donned hoodie.  @TheNanny on the other hand was stripping off clothes which led @Ambassador to ponder the theory of less body fat = colder.  It even produced the comment from @Ambassador that he was sufficiently insulated to jump in a snow bank sans clothing.  No one asked for a demonstration as we are not that kind of men’s group.  With shovel flag missing, a disclaimer was given and a mosey began to…

Partner up In the middle of the middle school parking lot at the curb for…

• Partner 1 does Clock Merkins for 5 reps at each turn while Partner 2 runs around top lot then switch for 3 rounds
• Partner 1 does Clock Squats for 5 reps at each turn while Partner 2 runs half of the top lop lot then switch for 3 rounds
• Starting at the far end of the parking lot Partner 1 does Clock CDD for 5 reps at each turn while Partner 2 crosses the lot doing Google Bun Shapers until Partner 1 completes CDD and switches until the far end of the parking lot is reached
  • LBC until all PAX is done

Mosey to the dark hill of Dogwood for and Indian Run with Muhammad Ali’s on the curb.

Partner 1 does 5 Burpees while Partner 2 performs Crawl Bear back down the hill until Partner 1 arrives to switch.

Mosey back to elementary school that included reverse run as well as shuffle on each side.

THE APPROPRIATELY CLOTHED MAN MOLESKIN:

1. Great work today men!  We won’t see 40 degree gloom weather again for several days.
2. And the Virtual Trophy for Reverse Run Champion is @Dodger!  It was comical to see the PAX get out of his way so as to not get run over.
3. That awkward moment when YHC was able to carry on a bent-over-between-the-legs conversation with @TheNanny during CDD.
4. RED Fridays are at Highlands this month.  @ForgottenJelly has the Q this Friday!  @Skipper and @Brinkley in the weeks to follow.
5. Operation Sweet Tooth is full effect.  Bring a new toy and hand it off to @PonyBoy.
6. YHC is open to feedback on the Snow Angel exercise as the inspiration came from the Bills/Colts football game this past weekend.
7. Thanks to the Highlands PAX for all the encouragement over these last 3.5 years of F3.  YHC has not arrived, but a half marathon would have never happened without this group.  #grateful
