12 men braved the relatively cold at Highlands this morning prepared for a array of fun, frolic, and music.  All even terrain coupled with array of uneven beat down activities.

Warmarama:

• 10 Imperial Storm Troopers
• Stay in circle, Mountain Climbers whilst each mans traverses around circle once

The Thang:

• Lineup
• Run to last basketball hoop
• 20 LBC’s
• Back to starting line
• Now the music
• Plank
• Queued up “I can’t Stand Losing” by the Police
• Maintain plank, merkin each time Sting belts out “I can’t”.  BTW it’s a lot.
• Repeato run to last basketball hoop
• Back to starting line
• Next song “All You Need is Love” by the Beatles
• Love’s the key word, squat for each; like the Police it’s a lot
• Repeato to basketball hoop
• Back to starting line
• Next song “Hall of Fame”  by the Script
• Hold in Carolina Dry Dock position
• On “go” and “Hall of Fame” complete a Carolina Dry Dock rep, like the Beatles and Police, it’s a lot

• Next song “Fly Away” by Lenny Kravitz; time to test our medal
• Run in place, Burpee on “Away”; like the others it’s a lot

• Low flutter; on “Canary” low dolly; again it’s a lot

• Partner up; one man Karaoke’s to first hoop; the other Bobby Hurley’s
