8 men posted for probably one of YHC’s most creative workouts (let that sink in for those in attendance).

Originally, I wanted to do this as part of a workout that also included us working out to a few Halloweenish songs, but called an audible last night and decided to get VERY creative (again, let that sink in).

YHC arrived to an empty parking lot for a pre-run. How did I know that @R2D2 wouldn’t post this morning…

While running the usual down and back route, I noticed all of the lights off at @Point Break’s house AGAIN. It’s not like him to be gone this long… I confirmed afterwards that he is indeed working through neck and back issues (aka, oldmanitis).

I returned to find seven men in the lot…time to roll!

The Thang:

Very simple yet creative WIB that YHC took care to print off several copies to provide to the pax. @Bronco immediately said “we’re not getting through all of that.” Exactly! As @SchoolBus mentioned, this is a good type of workout to go at your own pace to complete. #youvyou

Moleskin:

This morning was a good morning. 2.5 years ago, cooler mornings used to concern me. I used to think I would be alone because guys would think it was too cold. I remember wondering if this thing would last more than a month. But as we’ve seen over the years, if there’s a need, men will come. What I was TRYING to say this morning is, I’ve enjoyed serving as your Master Q for the past 2.5 years. But it is time to give someone else an opportunity to lead in that capacity. Doesn’t mean that we all aren’t leaders and can serve as such in other capacities, both within F3 and, more importantly, outside of it. Each of you guys mean more to me than you know (but maybe you have an idea now after my fail this morning). However, YHC isn’t going anywhere so the trash talking will continue! Good luck to @Laser. He’s ready!
