The man who said that is the same dude who said, “I am talking like a madman”, and “accept me as a fool”, and “I am speaking as a fool.”

This man was unskilled in speaking.

This man “robbed” certain communities in order to support intransigent communities.

This man sometimes did not leave the house via the door, but rather went out the window in a basket.

This man had SERIOUS protection from becoming conceited!

We began our workout by running almost .3 miles.

We did some SSH, and Mtn. Climbers, and Imperial Walkers, and Peter Parkers, and Parker Peters.

We did 7’s (burpees & turkish get-ups) from one end of the parking lot to the other end of the parking lot.

We did clip board dude …which when carrying traffic cones will henceforth be referred to as “THE VILLAGE IDIOT”

…speaking of villages – after The Village Idiot we traveled to the village of mobile units @ The Gunnery and we did two laps of bear crawls and lunge walking.

Then we ran 4 laps around the track and then we did just a little bit of Mary and then we were done.
