There’s Army PFT in the forecast

All Rolling Stone Backblasts

October 5th, 2017 By Sparknut

The Pax of Rolling Stone were rescued from Sharknado at the last minute when I signed up at 18:30 yesterday seeing no one on the SUG. There have been rumors of Army PFT in the air, so why not do a little prep work. 10 bold entered the gloom and after a proper disclaimer…

-Crack to the back – or keep trying to stand on your hands until “recover” is called

PRAYERS:

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Christian Brothers Auto National Service Day next Saturday 7:30-2:30 need volunteers and ladies (single mothers and widows) to serve. Tell them to call for their appointment. 704-795-5556

MOLESKIN:

  1. Great job by everyone this morning! Those 2 half milers were killer. Ya’ll are some strong dudes. We may need a little work on the “crack to the back” or maybe we should try doing that before we’ve done ~160 merkins and 86 dips. Get ready, Schnitzel is coming with the Army PFT, but his version includes a 2 mile run! Don’t get caught backing up…that maintenance plan may get you in trouble Whatley.
  2. Golden Boy is breathing down my neck. Keep up the good work!
  3. El Sabado – I don’t know if you came to us that strong, or you’ve made progress since you’ve started F3, but great job this morning.
  4. Cream Cheese – Nice of you to post a boot camp. I feel very honored.
  5. Keep it up gentlemen and don’t forget to share this with sadclowns near you.

Romans 12:1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

…hope you got you money’s worth!

  1. Nice one Sparknut! I think “crack to the back” may need a disclaimer all its own, or just never attempted again:)
