The THANG:
Modified HERO workout in honor of Senior Airman Adam Servais
Partner up, don’t leave your partner behind and don’t count Indy & Backdraft as a group
15 Pull-ups….#favoriteexercise
15 Push-ups
15 Burpees
30 Freddie Merks single count
Rinse & repeat until mary is called

Mary:
LBC’s x 50 IC
Cobra stretch
Child’s pose to stretch the back muscles we annihilated
Star gazers for 40 sec

Moleskin:
Great turnout in what many already knew would be a pull-up fest…however many did not know how bad going from pull-ups to push-ups to burpees would be and I would bet that everyone made it to failure with their upper bodies. I believe most pax got through a full 4-5 sets.
Many thanks to Indy for bringing out his 2.0, Deer Tick, but I’m thinking he definitely has another daddy b/c Indy’s hair is definitely not as pretty as his 2.0’s. Frostbite thought he was cold but realized he would have to ditch the sweatshirt rather quickly as it’s not cold AT ALL yet. A couple of pax decided to not participate in pull-ups, not sure why as they’re awesome, and ran a bit instead…my feelings are slightly hurt. Backdraft tried to talk but fortunately he couldn’t b/c he was worn out trying to keep up with his mentor and idol Indy and also wondering why Indy is so tall and he is not. Homeland complained a little bit but again I think he was too tired and had to save his energy for the pull-ups.

Announcements & Prayers:
F2 at 26 Acres brewery tomorrow night around 7pm…it’s also F3 Meca’s monthly F2 night so many pax will be there

Continue to pray for…All families affected by the tragedy in Las Vegas, Deer Tick’s nephew (Fin) who is a new born and has a birth defect that could result in him being blind, Gooney’s grandfather, Frostbite’s HONOR flight from Charlotte to D.C. with Veterans of this Great Nation, & my surgeon on Thursday to have skilled/steady hands to fix my rotator cuff tendon & for me to have a quick recovery.
