Twelve men showed up in the gloom for a ruck friendly beat down by YHC. 4-Wide even volunteered to pick up an extra ruck for the journey. Pharaoh ended up wearing a girly vest to keep him warm, but we don’t judge. It has been quite some time since we have utilized the stairs at the Dawg House so YHC figured it was a good idea to stay there the whole time. And it went something like this…..

Dawg House HDHH at High Branch Brewery 7:00 pm next Wednesday.

Dawg House cruise at the Speedway 6:00 am Saturday all speeds and distances welcome there will be running and rucking going on. 2 mile laps so you choose your distance.

Keep praying for Talladega’s calf so he can get back out here and enjoy the beat downs with us. Also praying for Yellowcake’s back recovery along with Bullseye’s recovery as well.

Felt great to be able to lead such a great group of guys. Thanks for the continued support and push to be a better person. It was great to see Bullseye out giving us support and getting some work in while going thru his recovery. Hope to see the guys that couldn’t make it out soon.
