My Alarm Clock Worked!

All Rolling Stone Backblasts

September 28th, 2017 By Sparky

After witnessing the severe ribbing one of my fellow F3 brothers took after missing a Q, I triple checked my trusty I-pad to make sure to be out of the fart sack on time. Thank goodness it went off right on time. 13 dedicated men showed up for a Thursday beat down. We warmed up on the basketball court so any late comers would not miss us (MC). After warming up we headed out into the gloom.

The Thang

Form a line and Indian Run to first street past middle school.

We quietly ran down the street (not waking Jerry), stopping at each street light for 5 merkins, and ended up at greenway entrance.

Mosey to bottom of hill.

10-1 ladder from bottom of hill to top of hill.

Burpees at bottom and CDDs at top.

Mosey to picnic shelter and partner up.

P1 starts with V-ups, P2 runs to bridge for 5 merkins, swap and continue for a combined 50 reps

P1 starts with criss-crosses, P2 runs to bridge for 5 merkins, swap and continue for a combined 100 reps

P1 starts with dips, P2 runs to bridge for 5 merkins, swap and continue for a combined 100 reps

Mosey to park bench for 20 reverse crunches

Mosey to other side of bridge for 20 low dollies

Sprint to greenway entrance.

Mosey to COT

Mary was mobile as we ran out of time.

Mole Skin

Prayers for Pox’s and El Sabado’s families and all others struggling to recover in Puerto Rico. Continued prayers for all of those recently affected by hurricanes, earth quakes and other natural disasters.

Coming up in October, Spark Nut’s shop (Christian Brothers) will be offering free oil changes to single mothers. Volunteers needed to help out.

As always, it was an honor to lead this fine group. Whatley, I hope you found that this was not a waste of your time.
