Well with all the excitement of wind and rain we got a light breeze and hard mist.  But wet we got.  There would be no shelter here.  With a spastic dog keeping me up til 1 and an eager son up at 4-430 I was less than enthusiastic about posting this am.  But if Project can handle it on the regular I figured one day wouldn’t kill me.  Plus YHC had the Q.  so with only two things happening during this workout for certain 7 of us were off.

Mosey to Draco with some high knees and but kickers en route.  Circle up outside the shelter next to Draco.  12 x Windmills IC, 12 x IST IC, 15 x SSH IC, Cotton Pickers x 12 IC Mosey back to the upper lot with a little soccer action on the way.

heels to curb and lunge walk across the lot to the other curb with 3 squats per line

Hit the grass for some lawn rolls and a little tunnel of love as not to disappoint. Back to the curb

Bear crawl accross the lot with 3 Merkins per Line Mosey to the courts for some poeples chair. Add can cans x 10 and air presses x 10 both IC

Mosey to the back grab some blocks 2 exercises count down from 10 – 1(ie 10 ea. 9 ea. 8ea. so on)

Curls and Tricept ext., Chest press and bent over rows, Sumo squats and overhead press

mosey to playground for 3 rounds to fail of partner inverted rows.

Grab some wall for balls to the wall.

Return blocks and circle up for Mary.

LBC x 25 IC, WWII x 10 IC, Crunch Frog x 15, Hand over to Fillmore for 15 x Mason Twists IC and time was called.

Moleskin:  Apologies for my lack of enthusiasm this am as I was pretty tired but thank you for your accountability and showing up especially during a less than stellar forecast.  I appreciate you guys more than you know.  Just to to put bed the counting error some pax seem to take advantage of I will be implementing a mandatory IC for the remainder of Sept.  lol  Nice work gentlemen I hope that was worth your time this am.
