What’s better than the weekly beat down with your F3 brothers?  Anniversary convergence beat down with all your F3 region brothers!  What an honor and a privilege to host this workout with Sugar as we celebrate all the Hims who have made this AO possible for 3 years.  Here’s how it went down.

 

Mosey around the lot with some High knees, Butt kicker, and Toy Solders Stop in the field between the new buildings and school for warmarama

15 x SSH IC, 15 x IST IC, 10 x Tempo Merkins  IC, 10 x MC IC, 10 x Tempo Prisoner Squats IC, 10 Burpees OYO

Mosey to track for the thang and Partner up.  Size does Matter gentlemen.

Lap 1:  P1 run, P2 Bear crawl ends and lunge walk straights.  Switch as runner passes teammate.  Plank when done.

Lap 2: P1 run, P2 Crab walk ends and burpee broadjump straights.  Swap as runner passes teamate.  Plank when done.

Lap 3:  Buddy carry.  Switch as needed.  Plank when done.

Mosey to the grass by the boulder for Mary.

Moleskin:  What an awesome morning gentlemen.  Right off the bat let me just say about MECA region. Our support and encouragement for each other on a daily basis during workouts is by far and away the best of any region I have been to in the Carolina’s.   I have been to a lot of different AOs.  Well Grandstrand is pretty awesome maybe a close second.  Felt welcome in some and like a number in some.  But to see the way we welcome  new pax to supportiing tenured pax tackling lofty goals is amazing to me.  Well done gentlemen!  The growth is a good indication that we’re doing it right.

Great work this morning.  I know it sucked so good because the mumble chatter was kept to a minimum.  Or it could  be because Gump fartsacked.    No respect for the Stoners.  Once again gentlemen thank you for all the support this morning and looking forward to many more convergence celebrations.  Give it away gentlemen!
