10 Dawgs hit the streets of Carolando running 3.5 – 5.5 miles!!!!  What is going on at the Dawg House????

Cruises 2 days a week with record numbers of runners!!!!!!

Great work everyone today with a fast pace and yet we all stayed together for some 2nd F (Fellowship)

Proud of everyone!! …and Talladega runs to and from the Cruise for extra mileage!!
