8 mighty souls showed for new AO destination, a dark and mountainous region of Skywalker’s AO. Many unknowns, minimal lighting save for the street light markers, and a curios PAX on what the heck to expect. It was tough but they all forged through the pain.
Warm Up

The Thang:
- Mosey down Hillspring, right down on Greenpoint, left on Sunset Grove straight down & down to the dark, dank starting point
- Qaudropheelia up the hill to first street light, 25 Merkins
- Continue up the hill whilst lunging to second street light; 25 LBCs
- Run up hill down around hairpin turn down the bottom of Greenpoint
- Qaudropheelia up to first street light, 25 dry docks
- Run to second light; 25 WWI situps
- Run back to bottom of Sunset Grove; repeato
- Once completed gather at the intersection of Greenpoint and Sunset
- Partner up for catch me if you can; partner one bear crawls, partner two 10 merkins, chases partner one, switch up to first street light
- Karaoke to next light; 10 burpees
- Jail break to final light ; 25 merkins
- Mosey back to Mary
Mary:
- 15 LBC
- 10 Pretzel Crunch, Flap Jack
- 10 Low Flutters hold it
- 10 Low Dolly’s hold it
- 10 W’s
- Circle Merkin 5 times around the horn
Moleskin:
- Genie’s fart sack fitness model remains in tack
- We owe an extra 4 minutes for early recovery but last exercise call was Airborne Mind Benders so we’re good
- I showed my age caught by Grinder calling Quardropheelia, Quadrophenia. I won’t be fooled again
