I was impressed with the great work that all the pax put in this morning, especially those who chose to double down by biking, running posting a White Lightening beforehand.
That extra 15 minutes in an hour long Beatdown makes a difference- tougher but great. I hope hope it was tough enough for some of you and not too tough for others.
I tried to carry Yellow Card in the fireman’s carry. I decided against it. Not easy. My guess is that he is 230 to 240?
I enjoyed our Second F time at Dunkin Doughnuts afterwards. Nice to have that time. Great to be with you Pax this morning. It was a privilege to Q. See you in the gloom!

Always a solid visit to Tradition AO, especially w/ @Guiness as Q. Sprints were definitely needed after some “carb loading” the past two days (your interpretation is probably accurate).
Loved the pallet pulls – need to get those incorporated in Highlands somehow.
