1. YHC, Blind Date, Boujee, Buffalo Bill, and FNG Mike (an Iron Man triathlete) beat the fartsack to run a short distance up and down some hills.  YHC rolled in at 6:01 thanks to some serious throne work this morning.  Sorry, men.  Thanks for waiting for your Q who lead from the six today! Thanks also for not leaving me in the dust, rabbits!
2. The route started at the Christenbury Manor house, down the greenway trail hill and back up into Christenbury Hall.  Out the gate and right on Christenbury Pkwy.  Make right onto Highland Creek Parkway and go to wildwood.  Head back to Manor House the same way we came.
3. It was good chatting w/ Blind Date and Boujee during the run.  I was actually able to participate in some of the conversation for once.  Lovin the cooler weather and being able to breathe a little bit now.
