No Q? Sharknado it is!

After weeks of threats, YHC finally pulled the trigger and gifted the PAX with the default Qless workout… SHARKNADO.  Not much excitement about it but 9 men gave it all they had and pushed hard for 45 minutes.

What is Sharknado?  We’re glad you asked…

  • 15 Burpees
    • Run 0.15 Mile lap around parking lot
  • 20 Diamond Merkins
    • Run 0.15 Mile lap around parking lot
  • 20 WW2 Situps
    • Run 0.15 Mile lap around parking lot
  • 20 Regular Merkins
    • Run 0.15 Mile lap around parking lot
  • 20 Scorpion Dry Docks
    • Run 0.15 Mile lap around parking lot

Rinse and Repeat for a total of 5 rounds or until time is called.  If you complete all 5 cycles, you have performed 75 burpees, 100 Diamond Merkins, 100 WW2 Situps, 100 Merkins, 100 SDDs, and just over 3.5 miles of running all in 45 minutes.  #Smokefest

  1. This is one of those workouts that allows you to dig deep into your pain cave and really push yourself.  It’s as hard mentally as it is physically and sucks all the energy out of you by the end.  TClaps to all who attempted it!
  2. Thankfully Dodger HCd to Q us on Wednesday so we are safe from a Sharknado repeat… for now.
  3. Happy birthday to #1 and Dodger.

    I am completely exhausted after that one. I have a love/hate relationship with this workout.
