Does the track always smell this bad?

All Highlands Backblasts

August 4th, 2017 By Disaster

Two men started their weekend off right by escaping the fartsack for a sweaty Speed workout at Highland Creek Elementary School this morning. Without @Stoli or @Pavarotti there to tell us what to do, @Gordo and YHC decided to head up to the track for some sprint work and a little 2nd F. Here’s how it all went down.

Mosey back to the parking lot for Marry, with some serpentine forward/backward runs up and down the hills along the way.

  1. For some reason there was a dreadful odor at the track this morning. At first YHC thought it was @Gordo since I spent most of the morning running behind him. But when the smell approached and then exceeded the danger level normally associated with @Nanny flatulence it really became a problem. Not sure if it was Wallace Farm airing out their dirty laundry but it was not fun.
  2. Prayers for safe travel for @Gordo as he and the family head to the beach for a long weekend.

Enjoy the weekend everyone.

  1. Thx for keeping the Speed flame burnin.’ The body just wasn’t having it after 2 hours of bball on Thursday night. That workout sounds like a good one to keep on the shelf for another time.
