I am still trying to figure out how it is possible no one reached out to take the Q on there birthday. Unbelievable. Anyway fat and happy coming off vacation I thought it wise to take Tuesday Q to get back in gear. JB called out Stoners living in Moss Creek for driving instead of Rucking running or biking to WROPS. So, met Heatstroke on the green way for a little mosey with the flag and Cheech strong shirts. Arrived to see 8 more ready to roll. Here we go.
Mosey to dumpster Toy soldiers then up stairs to courts for warmarama
10 x cotton pickers IC, 15 x IST IC, 10 x windmills IC, 10 x Mericans IC something like that.
10 pax get a block and head to shelter.
10 man makers, 10 overhead press, 10 tricep ext., 10 curls, (for the girls of course) 10 sqauts of some sort, 10 offset merkins
P1 farmer carry 2 blocks to courts P2 run
repeato
P2 farmer carry to blocks to Whatley’s wall, P1 run
repeato
leave blocks run to upper lot for makeshift suicieds
5 burpees bear crawl first tree run back
5 burpees run to second tree for 5 merkins run back
5 burpees run to third tree squats maybe heck I really don’t remember.
5 burpees run to end 5 WWIIs run back plank up and back to my wall
Partner T push ups with partner and wall. very nice!!!!!!!!!
Block step ups. could be missing stuff was kind of on the fly.
Mosey with block back to courts. peoples chair with blocks complete with block presses
Balls to the wall. 3 giving the Ok to drop. shortly after 3 more given the ok to drop. Sparky and myself decided to stay up a while longer. Great job sparky.
10 more manmakers before returning blocks and mosey to lot for Mary
25 LBCs, 15 pretzel crunch each side, 15 x reverse crunch. finishing off with a little Cobra yoga move to release the back after those man makers.

It was great to make it back to the boot camp after being out-of-town. Thanks for stepping up, Whatley.
I’m feeling more manly already! And I thought I had already topped out in that category, ha! Might want to mention who the bday boys are, Marie and Ty Webb. To think Marie is exactly 18 years older than Ty. Could be his 2.0, yet pushing the group each time. Respect!
