N.B. Park either on WEST AVE near Carolina Interiors and RESTAURANT 46 (around corner from Gem Theatre) OR on RESEARCH CAMPUS DRIVE near the quad.  FROM THERE WALK NORTH UP TO THE BIG CEMENT TRACK in the Center of the NCRC QUAD..Will start with a run then get totally ruint.

BRR RUNNERS WILL CONVENE at 0600 at same location to do a 4 mile run PRE BEATDOWN
