Yoga poses and stretching – I tried to help loosen everyone back up after a lot of shoulder and chest work hope this helped

Moleskin: As a virgin Q I was determined to challenge all levels with this one and I think I accomplished that. Even the leaders of the pax( the usual suspects – Phidip, Fire Chicken Frostbite) were huffing and puffing this morning Frostbite even thought he was Fire Chicken at one point during Name o rama. Mumblechatter was practically nonexistent for the better part of this gasser of a workout. I think the general conscientious was “this is challenging, tough, the brick are getting heavy. I like it” Props to all that posted everyone worked really hard this morning and it was an honor to lead. Prayers go out for Gray Carpenter and his family during this tough time they are going through. being the father of a 3 year old I can’t imagine the pain they are going through having to watch their son go through this and not be able to doing anything about it. Prayers also go out the the family of Tim Mullins as they are coping with their loss. Until next time thanks again for letting me lead.
