John Nash: There’s no point in being nuts if you can’t have some fun with it.

We began by running. Running around the never-been-used dialysis factor. Running in-and-amongst the homes of the painters (“ladder world”). Eventually we wound-up in a parking space at the George E. Simmons YMCA. In this parking space area we all-of-sudden began doing:

Merkins x 10 IC

Mtn Climbers x 20 IC

Peter Parkers x 10 IC

Parker Peters x 10 IC

SSH x 20 IC

Moroccan Night Club x 20 IC

:::

We needed to find rocks. So we went in search for rocks. We found rocks. We ran with our rocks up the steps, did Donkey kicks @ the top of the steps, then down the ramp …where we paused for some chest presses with the rocks, then down the steps, through the Taliban terrain, around the bend and BAM – Russian Twists with the rocks! …We did this over and over and over again (anywhere from 4 to 30 times). Then we deposited our rocks back at the location where we discovered the rocks and we backwards ran to the mailbox, followed by dips and box jumps. We used a John Nash algorithm to calculate the ratio of dips to box jumps, and then we ran all the way around the back of the Y’s property, did some derkins, followed by some Taliban terrain take-down maneuvers, then to the fire lane for Mary …followed by coffee-teria.
