13 pax convened to “get up, get out and get something” (outkast feat
goodie mob hip hop song reference) this AM

WARM UP

We moseyed to First Presbyterian Church (home to the fortune 400 crowd of Concord, including our very own socialite, (Grover) where we
performed 10 downward facing dog merks and 10 core exercise of your
choice (IC). Then, the mosey continued to Hartsell and Mills law
office (aka fancy law firm). There, we performed 15 merks and 10 core
exercise of your choice (IC). The mosey continued to a resting point
at Carolina Courts where we repeated the fancy law firm’s exercises
and did some brief stretch action.

That Thang:
Burpee Indian run from Carolina Courts to top of parking deck
and accessing stairwell to descend and repeatoed this loop
continuously until 6:12am or so. Pack moved at rather slow pace
(contrary to what Indy bemoaned) during the Indian run w/ back man
performing 5 burpees. No Mary as pax arrived back to AO at 6:15am.

Thoughts:
-Indy looked great today– ran like the wind. He loved the QIC’s no
built-in rests. He is primed for BRR goat legs. He was bored w/
today’s low-caliber running. Grover, complete opposite: he is close to
being fired from 6-man BRR squad by Exit and being replaced by Sundrop or Turbinator the rumor goes.

-I missed my handsome and dapper Russian financier friend this
AM–must have missed to due crying baby or swimming at SC. He is
contemplating  a protest of Wicked Weed post-BRR bc of their sell out
to “the man”, Anheuser Busch (INBEV). We may have to alter our first brewery to get crunk at post race as he ain’t happy about this corporate
greed.

-Grover and QIC jammed out some Ozzy Ozborne on way to SB after
posting w/ windows down in the jeep— brought back old memories.

-Indy and Rick showed up very late to SB. Rick must have been
puttering along in farm truck while Indy was explaining how to make
his bees at his new hacienda/farm. Rick loves BRR talk and says, “need
some more hills and miles”.  Both Indy and Rick had just lovely heads
of hair this AM

-Anvil is a tough, resilient and persistent dude: keep it up bro
