The King Tiger 5K is closing in fast! F3 MECA has been an official sponsor for the past several years and will proudly be joining in again! KT5K is a family-friendly race with a 1K “Tiger Trot” available for the smaller 2.0s. Proceeds benefit the local Greenways as well as the University City YMCA outreach program and has helped do some amazing things, such as the Miracle League Baseball field for disabled children.

The race launches from the Trader Joe’s parking lot off Mallard Creek Church Road. Sign up as an individual, a family, or grab a few F3 brothers and compete for a team prize (your individual time still counts)! Then join us for a post-race Pool Party at noon in the Winchester neighborhood off Prosperity Church Road. The more F3ers we get out there, the more Sad Clowns we can EH. So go to the race website, then HC below so we know you’re coming. Enter “F3” as a coupon code at checkout and get an extra $5 off. That makes it a $15 5K!

Lastly, our sponsorship of the race costs $200.  We don’t have a budget for this, so if you would like to make a contribution towards the amount please let me know.
