6 men came outta nowhere in the gloom around the clubhouse to see what a substitute guest Q would bring. What happened next is not his fault or the fault of F3 (disclaimer given)

WARMUP & COP

• Mixed Mode Mosey
• SSH x 20 IC
• IW x 15 IC
• HB x 15 IC
• Merkins x 10 IC
• LSS x 15 IC
• Monkey Humpers x 10 IC

TRIAL #1

• Pax pair up for partner carries up and down the hill with a partner derkin ladder thrown in for good measure.
• partner derkins x 10 each
• P1 carries P2 up the lot (about 70 yards)
• partner derkins x 10 each
• P2 carries P1 down the lot
• rinse and repeat on the follow rep ladder 10/10, 15/15, 20/20
• originally YHC called for a descent on the ladder of 15/15, 10/10 but he audibled to move on to the next trial.

TRIAL #2

• Cozy People’s Chair + palms down x 20IC
• rest
• CPC + palms up x 20IC

TRIAL #3

• pax partner up for uphill wheelbarrows
• each partner is to wheelbarrow crawl uphill 5x

TRIAL #4

• Dora Suicides
• P1 runs the line suicides
• P2 does merkins
• P1 & P2 flapjack after each runs all the lines till a team total of 100 merkins
• rinse & repeat line suicides with team count 200 LBC & 300 Squats

MARY

• Reverse Crunches x 20 IC
• Homer to Marge
• Rosalita x 15 IC
• Low Dolly x 15 IC

NMM

YHC writes a pretty lean BB. Get in; Get it done; Go Home is his philosophy most times regarding the matter. That and he likes partner work. It’s that 2nd F that just helps you drive it home when the painment is difficult. That being said, he did notice a few things from the pax:

• It’s a real honor to be welcomed into foreign territory to lead these good pax. Thanks for the honor and privilege.
• An un-named pax seems to have convenient  back pain that wont let him carry his partner but will let him wheelbarrow uphill.
• YHC nearly face-plowed his partner during the wheelbarrows everytime he raised his hips just to say push harder (yeah it sounded wrong at the time too). It was a great conversation for Heard at F3
• Lots of good mumblechatter out there during the COP but it all turned into head-scratching confusion during the Cozy People’s Chair when YHC instructed everyone to do what evidently looked like worshiping the pool house.
