64 degrees and very sticky

6 real men showed up for a saturday post knowing they would be working hard minus Indy (doc brown) as he’s working with bees today.

Warm-o-rama:
Mosey to neuro parking lot
SSH’s x 20 IC
Hillbillies x 15 IC
Mtn Climbers x 20 IC
Cotton Pickers x 15 IC
Mosey to Beverly Hills playground area

The THANG:
Station 1 @ playground: 10 pull-ups
Station 2 @ shelter: 20 dips
Station 3 @ bball court: 10 V-ups
Station 4 @ bball court: Walk-out merk-burps
(Think walk-out merkins with burpee move to travel forward, did this for half of bball court going towards the stairs that lead up to school) About 10-12 reps depending on how tall you are.
Station 5 @ stairs: bunny hop up all stairs
Station 6 @ wall: 20 derkins
Rinse & Repeat (pax completed first cycle together so Q could explain, OYO after that)

Mary:
Freddy merks x 25 IC
Homer to Marge x 2
LBC’s x 25 IC

Moleskin:
Most pax completed 3-4 for cycles before QIC called time to head back to the AO for Mary. QIC not sure if the walk-out merk-burps have been done before but pax seemed to like them. As always the bunny hops were a fan favorite…NOT…brutal but very effective. The humidity reared it’s ugly head this morning as all pax were struggling to breathe and dripping with sweat. Props to Anvil who apparently started out with a very tough trifecta of workouts wed/thur/sat….keep coming, it will get easier.

Prayers for Greg Murphy, friend of Hips, that underwent a 6 way bypass, yes 6!! Apparently is doing well so continued prayers during recovery. Continued to lift Trick daddy and his family up in Brazil as well as Ma Bell. Also prayers for those who will be traveling home from their spring break vacations. Forgot to pray for Indy, otherwise known as Doc Emmett Brown, who was traveling with bees. We haven’t heard from him yet so we pray the truck didn’t overturn on his way back from mooresville…Fire Chicken really looking forward to some free honey. It would be a shame if he lost all of those bees.
