9 pax gathered on a nice crisp 36 degree morning with calm winds..finally, calm winds.

Warm-up:
Mosey to rehab center for:
SSH x 25 IC
Hillbillies x 20 IC
Mtn Climbers x 20 IC
Cotton pickers x 10 IC
High knees/butt kickers length of parking lot

The THANG:
Mosey to Church St parking deck hoping to avoid as many cars as possible.
Round 1:
10 Herschel Walker Merkins on QIC pace
Sprint as group up first parking deck incline, AYG
10 core killers at top of that ramp, AYO
Jog back down the ramp and complete 5 burpees, OYO
Quadromania back up ramp and run normal at top and around to bottom of second deck ramp and plank until all pax arrive
Repeat the above until we arrive to the top of deck.

Round 2:
Same routine as above except dropped Herschel Walkers to 8 and core killers to 5, and burpees to 3. Only did the quadromania once as gassed and had to head to AO to finish remainder of workout.

Back at ASEC pax gathered at QIC’s favorite spot to complete 25 pull-ups assisted or un-assisted in as few or many sets as it took.

Mary:

Moleskin:
Great saturday morning and wind or no wind the 6 parking deck sprints were brutal and great competition as we were sprinting up them too! QIC was gassed as homeland and gooney were rolling this am. Herschel walkers are always rough and El Ab’s breathing let all of us know that. QIC seemed to have spooked an employee heading to her car as we were coming out of the stairwell…may or may not have said something creepy on accident but I’m blaming it on lack of oxygen to the brain.

Please keep Trick daddy and the whole family in your prayers as they are not yet to their final destination in Brazil. 8 hour bus ride today…no fun…but there furthering GOD’s Kingdom which is awesome!

For you Masters fans…enjoy what looks like a wonderful golfing weekend and pull for the OLD MAN Fred Couples, the younger old man Phil Mickelson, the 37 y/o Spaniard Sergio to finally win one, and the young guns Rickie and Spieth. Awesome tournament and one beautiful place..highly recommend getting there at all cost if you’re a fan and have never been. That’s what the course will look like in Heaven.
