Stopping midway to wait for six and impromptu Squat jumps and Merkins.

Back at school bike racks partner up for 2 rounds of:

Moleskin:

Always a pleasure to lead the fine men of Highlands! It was obvious that Comanche has done what is was designed to do and reduce the size of the PAX and keep from having frequent problematic workouts. However, now it is time to invite other men and replenish our ranks!

Thank you for the opportunity to get better with you today!

Thirsty Thursday is now back to Wednesday @ 26 ACRES.
