Three dawgs attempted to shake off the soreness, or at least run through it, from yesterday’s #WhiteLightning beatdown. YHC paced the group with a caution flag every mile or so. Despite my slowness I still had 4.25 miles on my watch on a tour of the neighborhood led by Talledega.

Extra credit to Talledega for running to and from.
