Clear, Cool, Crisp, Morning for 21 (3 FNG) eager PAX to witness a BadBad day for Grover as he had to drop some Candy for his losses! I arrived and a gent pulled up and uttered is this where that F3 thingy meets? At least he was there on time ELAL!!!!!!!

WarmOrama:                                                                                                                                   Mosey to PLot at CMC Rehab & Circle up!                                                                                       SSH x 20 / Hillbilly x 10 / IST x 10 / Windmill x 20 / Moutainclimber x 20                                             Mosey to far Parking Deck (Pax instructed to pick an equivilant partner and work at own level of comfort)

Thang:                                                                                                                                                  On the Mosey several Pax were lost ,we fear Photon led them astray trying to start his on Faction (The Windbreakers)  Thankfully Cat and TP went back and Rescued them!                                        Meanwhile back at the PDeck, PAX partnered up and misery ensued!                                                20 Derkins with feet on partners back (alternate)                                                                              PAX 1 completes 6 Burps as PAX 2 ascends Glute University, PAX 1 then sprints to Pax 2 and they swap positions all the way up the deck. Once the ascension is complete PAX broad jump back down to stairway and descend, then RINSE and REPEAT until time called by Q!  Mosey to Mary!

COT:                                                                                                                                                 Lots of walking and bent over on knees gasping for air, but not much Chatterboxing and for TICK and ELAL that’s serious business!, I did see Grover stop to catch his wind, and Phidip exclaimed he wish he had his Bicycle!!!, KGB is the ultimate partner because form and complete exercises not required, the FNG’s probably wont come back as they didn’t do so well, most PAX completed 3 rotations as the Studs completed 4! Indy hard a hard night poor baby (truck blew up and the dog did too!)
