Very foggy morning with 49 degrees, 19 (you read it right 19) pax came out to kick off their week right.

The Thang:
Mosey to the parking deck
At teh bottom:
– Aiken legs
10 squats
10 lunges
10 star jumps
4 smurf jacks
34 for 17th on 2017

Partner up
– partner 1 runs karaoke on the parallel flights and backwards on ascending flight
– partner 2 attempts to catch after performing a KGB burpee (think rock hopper, then stump jumper burpee)
– when you get to the top race you partner to the mine shaft (the length of the deck), winner planks 2nd person 34 KGBs

Mosey to Mary:
Mary led by Trick daddy, while Q was ensuring everyone made it back

KGB Mary:
Bring Sally Up – get on your 6 and alternate between legs up and 6 inches (play Flower by Mosey, theme song from gone in 60 seconds, every time lyrics reference “sally up” ,legs go up and “sally down” – 6 inches) you get the picture: 3 min and 32 seconds of this nonsense

This excise can be applied to merkins (and it shall). Some complaints throughout, but good effort

1. Thanks pax for support and coming out in large numbers
2. Some confusion in the beginning, but I think everyone got a hang of it quickly
3. I know for Trick and and it was a smoke show. No recovery and sprints at the top made it extremely tough
4. Please keep S&W and Colt 45 in your thoughts and prayers S&W’s wife begins cancer treatment this week
