The Valley took a field trip today and many of the PAX could not get their M’s and Dr’s to sign their permission slips. So 2 of us took off from Orthocarolina on North Tryon, ran some hills and got in some miles. We heard a rooster and an owl. Stopped at Bojangles for a relief stop. Ran through Gentle Grizzly’s alma mater. YHC biked too and from and we picked up Gentle Grizzly’s car at the shop. All in all a good morning. Thanks for the company and the push this morning GG. I would have definitely stopped, walked and cut the miles shorter if I had been by myself. #accountability
