Thick Burger and I posted to explore a new AO, but also got to welcome an F3 veteran new to Boondocks.

Warmup

Mosey through the parking lot and through the modular classrooms to the bus lot.

• LBC no just kidding, you can’t start with that.
• SSH x20
• Windmill x10
• LBC x20 because I accidentally called it again.  Guess I really wanted to do them.
• Imperial Walker x20
• Merkin x10

Mosey over to cars because we heard a horn honk and were expecting Grid Iron.  A car that looks like Grid Iron’s was parked next to ours, but No Grid Iron. However, Triple Threat pulls in after mistakenly going to District 7.  We welcome our newest Boondocks pax then mosey around the entire school but we still don’t find Grid Iron.  Find a curb in the parking lot.

• Plank shimmy right
• Plank shimmy left
• Mountain Climber x10

Mosey over to the playground.

• Step Ups x10
• Pull Ups x5
• Repeato x6 rounds.

Mosey to the back of the school and find a big hill.

Elevens 1:10 ladder

• 1 Air Squat,
• Quadraphelia,
• 10 Jump Squats,
• Run back down the hill,
• Repeato until 10 Air Squats and 1 Jump Squat.
• Bear Crawl down the hill, then back up x3
• Merkins x10

On the backside of the property is access to a neighborhood road so we mosey down it to investigate.  It’s just a dead end so we turn around.  The road has more light than the Spooky Half but there is still something creepy about the neighborhood in the darkness and someone has left a campfire going over night in a front yard.  Triple Threat dubs it Spooky Jr.

Mosey back to the front of the school.

1. Thanks for coming out and exploring this new AO with me guys.  Looks like it has everything District 7 has, plus a great hill.  Henceforth this AO will be known as The Gunnery.
