Three brave amigos post in sub 30 degree weather to find out if DT was going to bring his A game or not.

When I arrived I saw Gremlin’s sleigh parked, so I knew he was off somewhere running.  He arrived shortly thereafter and so did Tough Skins and we were off.

After your typical COP we circled up for Cindy.

5 – dips
10 – Merkins of choice
20 – squats

Repeato until q calls time.

7:30 came around and we partnered up for cumulative sets:

Parter 1 runs
Parter 2 starts:

Flapjack until done then move on:

100 – Squats
150 – Bomb jacks (or awkward jacks as TS wants to call them)
150 – LBC

Then time came for an awful idea:

Elevens with Quadraphilia!

Backwards make your way to the top of Porkchop Hill and perform ten squats and one merkin at the bottom.  Keep going until q calls time.

Time was running out so we did a little stretching and called it a day.

Great work men!  Good to be with you, although the numbers were few.  Must be folks still traveling or fartsacking or whatnot.

T-claps to Gremlin who has lost 35lbs.  It’s showing brother.  Great work.

T-claps to Tough Skins who has his two year anniversary with F3 this month!   Come celebrate at Peak 51, 5:30 on January 12, Matthews Elementary.
