Mosey around Locke Mill, 100 yd AYG sprint behind Mill. Mosey up Church St. and left into Wilmar Park area past cemetery to “Massage Parlor” (wink, wink) below water tower

Mosey thru Wilmar past chicken plant throwing in 75 yd man skips along the way to bank at the corner of Lake Concord

Moleskin:
Excellent morning for a run. Excellent group for a run also. Pace averaged 8:05 over 4.9 mi by Trick Daddy’s Fitbit. Heck of a pace!! Good job guys! Fire Chicken brought the pain with the Herschel Walker merks and core exercises at the stops. Got a few funny looks doing the man skips in Wilmar Park.
Prayers for Capt Morgan’s brother Chris and his wife Amanda. They are having complications with their first pregnancy. Please keep them in your arms Lord!
Prayers also for Phidippides in China for safe travels and smooth transition back home.
