Partner Up and head to a stairway

One Pax runs stairway suicide (To 3rd Floor, up, to 2nd and up, to 1st and Up)

While one Pax runs, other pax does:180 degree Burpees

• 180 Degree Burpees x 10
• Core Killers x 10 IC
• Mt. Climbers x 10 IC
• Squats x 10
• Switch Up

Rotate to Next Stairway and repeat around to all 4 corners.  After One rotation, continue but reverse exercise order.

Mosey To Mary

• Deerticks x 20 IC
• Bridge Pose
• 1 Mintue Elbow Plank
• Alternate Supermans x 6
• Child’s Pose

Moleskin

Good cardio day with great effort by all.  Nice group for a December Saturday and after Holiday parties.  Lots of nose problems to start – mine was running like a faucet, Total Package had a bloody one and Fire Chicken could breathe out of his.  Frostbite channeled Photon and gassed me and TP in the stairwell…nice.  Everyone made 1.75 to 2 rotations around the top of the deck.
