Mosey to the rockpile and try to find a flatter, less gigantic rock (the rockpile is diminishing someone is borrowing the rocks)

The THANG:

Run with rock over to Lee Ann Drive.(via playing Frogger on lanes of death Branchview Dr. c’mon Man!)  Divide into two teams, with each team pairing off.  Team 1 had 3 pairs, Team 2 had 4 pairs.  Each team takes one spin on the wheel, does the prescribed movement, then mosies over to the next wheel carrying their rock.   Opposing team does the same.   Movement selected is totally random based on the spin of the wheel, 6 possible movements per wheel (after much discussion Sir Indy back with from MidWest travels expeled much verbal excrement on the proper techniques of spining the dial! just grin and bare it!)

A nice brisk morning to get started, the WOF/WOP workout promised a variety of rapid-pace movements, due to dodging traffic, with the element of chance thrown in, once Indy taught us proper spinning techniques,  Rock selection was key as FireChicken can attest.  Life-threatening mosey to Lee Ann Dr. will be avoided by Q next time. Seemed like Pax were enjoying themselves despite a reluctance to be the one spinning the wheel. Team 1 got stuck doing several rounds of Star Jumps, Team 2 got blasted with 2 sets of burpees. Don’t blame Catfish.  Busy morning with ambulances blaring and garbage trucks rolling on by. Thanks Skinner for the sneak peak, I’ll have to drink a few beers tonight to burn that one out of my head. Magpul wont be caught without gloves agaon and Frostbite finally met his limit of tolerance and may be seen wearing socks and shoes soon! Teams worked until time called at 6:07, mosey to Mary on a safer and more scenic route. BD dropped a few things on the way, but that is to be expected, we dont mind because we all feel safer knowing he is there to protect us and couldn’t exist without him!
